"It’s hard to even describe how incredible Monica’s home was. We had just experienced a very challenging Airbnb check in where we had the listing fall through last minute. Monica responded immediately to our request and helped us get all set up for a 4 night stay at her place. The pool is amazing, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great, there was plenty of space for our group which included one kid and one infant plus seven adults. She even ordered new ping-pong balls, ping-pong paddles, and a new coffee machine which got there shortly after we arrived. We would love to come back and stay at Monica’s home. The property and the host were above and beyond expectations! Would give 6 stars if I could!"

The pool and tennis court were great. The barbecue was easily accessible. There were great restaurants, and the beach was close by and very relaxing. Monica was quick to get back to us with any questions. We went to Hot Dog Beach because you could pay to park. I highly recommend staying in this house."

"Monica’s place was everything it was advertised to be and more. The main house is beautifully decorated with interesting art pieces throughout the house. The interior space is very comfortable and well stocked. The beds are great. The Tennis House is adorable and worked perfectly as a separate work and living space for my daughter and her boyfriend. The outside space is outstanding. We swam in the lovely pool, played lots of tennis on the well maintained court and spent most of our time hanging out in the backyard. While surrounded by beautiful mature trees, there are surprisingly few bugs. Monica was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!"
